There have been a lot of online collaboration tools that are being used these past few months since the pandemic, as we solely depend on the internet as well to accompany us in doing our school-work or work projects; so with the rise of these little helpers, what contents does it need to have in order to make one look presentable and accessible to everyone? In assigning tasks, it should be straight-forward and try not to go around it for them to figure it out themselves, hence affecting their work, so readability is essential in online collaboration tools because it keeps things simple and easy to understand by all.

The site is easy to navigate through with all the boards and tasks categorized, making it easy to follow through and share information that might be useful to others. It gives you a timeline when a project should be passed on and can store files for future use such as references, citing, etc. Everything is easily accessible with just one click and swipe, and you are good to go. It’s concise with its contents, presenting each work efficiently and with impact so that the member doesn’t get complexed and lose focus and interest with what is being informed or presented. What’s good about this online collaboration tool is its ability to keep the team in check and the work on track, prioritizing value in every aspect on the field. So far, though there are a lot others similar to them, they have stayed original and authentic, providing everything we need for a collaboration tool while being creative as to how they are going to present it in a new light, different from its competitors; and they are following certain guidelines to protect our data and monitoring, and to further improve our management and communication skills, so it’s safe to say that there aren’t anything illegal lurking around this site.

Brief keeps everything in place and on track, the simple look giving it its professionalism while being able to control endless projects up and coming, and communication is not a problem here as it is also well-organized in one place, in one category. Its contents aren’t severely lacking, covering up almost everything that is needed in online collaboration tools: large file-sharing and storage, accessible through mobile devices and desktops, quality video conferencing, and doesn’t have much problems when it comes to using it. It’s free at the moment, but you can upgrade to Basic and Advanced, or Enterprise when you have an official business, you can talk to their experts. Brief has what it takes to be a great app, based on the awards that they’ve received, and they can do so much more by helping tons of people and their teams with its simple professionalism.
